Because each item is made for your order, we can't take things back for a change of mind. If something isn't right when it arrives, tell us anyway. We'd rather hear about it.
Your design is printed straight into the fabric. The ink bonds with the cotton instead of sitting on top of it, so it won't crack or peel the way an iron-on transfer does.
This tee is a Gildan Softstyle 64000: 4.5 oz ring spun cotton, taped neck and shoulders, no side seams.
Hot water and a hot dryer will dull any print, including this one. Every line below follows a symbol on the care label sewn into this tee. Two things are ours rather than the label's - washing it inside out, and skipping the fabric softener - and both are about keeping the print sharp.
- Machine wash cold, inside out
- Skip the bleach and the fabric softener
- Tumble dry low, or hang it to dry
- Iron on low if you need to, never over the print
- No dry cleaning

Questions we get asked
We print each item after you order it. The ink soaks into the fabric instead of sitting on top as a layer, so the design will not crack or peel and the shirt still feels like a shirt. Printing takes 2-5 business days, then your parcel ships.
Message us as soon as you spot the problem. If your order has not gone to print yet, we can change the size, the color, or the address. Once it is printed we cannot swap it, because it was made for you and there is no shelf to put it back on.
Not yet. Orders arrive in a plain mailer with nothing on the outside that says what is inside, so you can send one straight to the person it is for.
Every product page has a size guide with the measurements of that item, taken flat. Measure a shirt you already wear a lot across the chest and pick the size closest to it. If you land between two sizes, send us your numbers and we will tell you which one we would ship.
